How properties are built and details about building defects and repairs are often complicated and describing them often uses many technical terms. Where such terms are used in our reports, we provide full explanations of these. When you have read your report, you can contact Ian if you would like any further explanations. We will send the reports to you electronically, but you can ask for a printed copy if you would like one. Reports are usually sent out within five working days of the survey being undertaken.
